02 - We Review Your Details

Using your group size, preferred dates, and any special requests, Safe Drive Napa checks availability across all winery and restaurant reservations for your selected day.

03 - We Send Your Itinerary

Within 48 hours we'll email you a confirmed itinerary based on winery and restaurant availability so you know exactly what your day looks like before committing.

04 - You Confirm and We Lock It In

Reply to confirm your itinerary and we'll secure all your reservations — no deposit required, whether you booked through our contact form or online checkout. Your date is locked in as soon as you confirm.

The Day of Your

Experience

01 - The Night Before

Your driver will text you the evening before your experience to confirm arrival details and let you know they'll be on their way.

02 - We Come to You

Your driver arrives at your hotel, vacation rental, or accommodation — no need to arrange a meeting point or figure out directions.

04 - We Take You Everywhere

Your driver takes you to and from every winery and restaurant on your itinerary and drops you back at your accommodation after dinner. Your driver waits at every location and will be ready to go whenever you are — no rushing, no timers, no stress.

06 - Payment at the End

Once your experience is complete, your full balance is charged. Tip options of 15%, 20%, and 25% are available — and 100% of your tip goes directly to your driver.

Safe Drive Napa can drive your rental car or ours. If you'd prefer our vehicle, we drive a Tesla Model X at $120 per hour — a spacious, luxury SUV perfect for groups who want to travel in comfort and style through the valley.

03 - Your Car or Ours

Want to stay longer at your favorite winery or make a last minute request? You'll have our contact phone number and our team will assist however we can to meet your needs. Any day-of extensions are based on driver availability.

01 - No Charge Until Your Experience Is Complete

Safe Drive Napa doesn't charge you until your experience is finished — so you can book with confidence knowing everything is taken care of before any payment is collected.

02 - Rescheduling

Need to change your date? We're happy to reschedule as long as we have at least 48 hours notice so we can adjust your winery and restaurant reservations accordingly.

04 - Your Car or Ours

Safe Drive Napa can drive your vehicle or ours — whichever you prefer. Just let us know in your booking form.

05 - We Come to You

All pickups and drop-offs are at your preferred location anywhere in Napa Valley — wherever is most convenient for you.

We ask for at least 7 days notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled date are non-refundable due to third-party reservation commitments made on your behalf. Exceptions are made for documented family or health emergencies.
