Napa Designated Driver Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Many Napa Valley wine tour services charge a cancellation fee, sometimes even if you give plenty of notice. We don't. Since there's no deposit, there's nothing to lose if you need to cancel — just give us 48 hours notice, and you won't be charged a cent. (Note that any winery reservations coordinated as part of your itinerary may have their own separate cancellation policies.) Need to move your date instead?
